I have taken my bike to Paul Zabor a few times now and have really appreciated the customer service and the quality of work. These are no nonsense guys and a little rough around the edges but do excellent work. If you come into their shop with a chip on your shoulder, you probably won't like them. If you treat them with respect, they will go out of their way to make sure you are serviced properly. There is a reason why they are constantly backed up on work. It's because they are really good and honest.
Pros: Knowledgeable, fair pricing, honest, quality work
Cons: Usually takes about a week to get your bike back because they are so backed up.
