I have had good experiences at Zabor's. Paul is direct and to the point, and he has been working on bikes for decades. It makes me laugh to think of some squid going into the shop and trying to tell Paul how to do his job! They wouldn't have a great experience. I've been riding for 40 years; I respect him and he respects me. It works out fine.\r
Paul has downsold me several times (""I've got the new model of that tire, but the old one's just as good and costs less."") His repairs have always been good and priced as quoted. It gives me the willies to consider taking my bike to Woods service.
