We went over to Cassill Motors to look at a car and we ended up buying a car, so everything ended up going okay. We talked to a salesperson and looked at the two vans in question. We decided on one, took it for a test drive, did the negotiations for the price, and that was about it. The people at Cassill Motors seemed very friendly. My wife is driving the van most of the time, so I haven't had much of a chance to drive, but it seems great. more

VERY professional sales and finance team.. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had heard great things from friends and on-line and our experiences reflected that. I imagine this is the first of many cars I'll be getting fro Cassill Motors. more

Fixed our issue well and free of charge 7/29/2013

We purchased a car and shortly after it had an issue with the fan belt. Cassill Motors repaired it well without a charge, and it was all done in a timely manner. more

Helpful and professional. 7/11/2013

I was greeted at the door and someone helped me out right away. I test drove the car I had looked at online and decided to go with it. They gave me a good trade in value for my car and I drove away with a new car that day. I was in and out in a short amount of time and I got the car I wanted. more

They lie. I hear people brag about all of the cars that they have purchased from them over 10 years or so and I wonder why are you loyal to them for purchasing so many cars from them is such a short period of time. ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES have problems and are overpriced. The CarFax does not disclose the actual truth. If you don't believe it that's fine. My sources are 100 accurate. more

They do an excellent job 2/20/2013

Usually, Cassill Motors gets the job done well. They have been very good with the servicing of two of our cars as well as the purchasing of another. Today, they messed up on the paperwork which was a bit of a nuisance. Our lender hadn't received a check from Cassill Motors so it looked as if we hadn't payed off the car and we had. But other than that they have been very good with their customer service and products. RESPONSE FROM Cassill Motors: Thank you for the review Jerry! We appreciate your repeat business and I'm glad to hear the paperwork was all taken care of promptly. We will see you soon in the service department with those lifetime oil changes! more

My car purchase from Cassill Motors went smooth and was easy. I looked at the car one day and drove it home the next. I haven't had any work done on my car yet since I just bought it, but I plan on taking my car back to Cassill Motors for its next oil change. more

I wrote a review, but I didn't see it, so I'll do it again. It's easy to write about company or persons who work hard at establishing a good tradition credibility honesty and respect. If you look up the word car dealer in the dictionary, you won't find them. because there not a dealership, it's a family business, one with honesty and integrity. They don't have time to remember slipped slogans, or to con you they weren't raised that way. more

Family business, I've known the boys ever since childhood, while they were never really children, young businessmen list not forget Stephanie! Their dedicated, polite, respectful... They value their name. Therefore, to have been sold a car from a castle it's good insurance they stand by their decisions to make things right, they're more than a car dealership their community development they take pride in what they do! Their employees carry the same high value. more

5 Stars to Everything at Cassill Motors 3/19/2012

I would rate them with 5 stars, easy, in any category. I feel more comfortable with them than any bigger dealership I have used. Whatever I wanted done to my car was done and they were able to give me the best deal. They really care about the customer and even though this was my first time using them I will continue to go back from now on. Cassill Motors is the best, hands down. more

After the Sale 3/2/2012

I have purchased three vehicles from Cassil Motors, and each time I am pleasantly surprised with the service at the time of sale, as well as after. Most recently, I managed to lock my only key inside the car. I called at 7:30pm in a last-ditch effort before I called a locksmith. Long story short: Dan, whom I worked with when purchasing my vehicle, took his own personal time on his way home to help unlock my vehicle. I really do believe they stick by their motto of being a friend in the car business. more

Cassill Motors treated me pretty good. I had a few little dents in the car and they took them out, buffed it, and did a nice job. We had a little work don afterwards too, and they were really good about it. more
