My husband has been a patient of Dr. Storey for the past 3 years as a suffer of migrane headaches. Dr. Storey is a great neurologist and has been finding different ways for my husband to control his headaches. But dealing with the office staff has been a nightmare and a headache itself. Calling them on the phone for basic questions is a no win situation. You never hear back from them. Was waiting on insurance approval for a new medical proceedure that was never followed through by the office staff. When we did call to check on the status of the approval, after it had been about 6 weeks, we were told that the nurse that handled that claim was the wrong nurse, it should have been handled by a different nurse. So we were back to square one with the approval. Unless you constantly call to check on your own status, they do not follow up at all. Uncaring, uncommunative staff. We are now in the process of finding another neurologist that specializes in migranes so my husband can finally get the relief he so needs.
