Review content:
I took my 2 cats to Dr Dotson to be seen for shots and whatever other problem they had. He seemed to be a good vet until my cat Pete got GI issues and I took him in to Dr Dotson for exam. Dr Dotson told me at that time that ""he had no idea what the matter with Pete was"" and he referred me to their other vet, Dr Robinson for exam. I told him why would I have to pay for TWO exams, when HE is SUPPOSED to be trained to diagnose common cat issues himself. I feel that he was trying to take me to the cleaners and decided it was time for me to look for a more trustworthy vet. He has many years of experience, so why should I have to pay for 2 vet appts with 2 different vets to diagnose a common ailment in my cat? I think he may have needed help with his yacht payment that month.
I think it's a shame with all of the homeless cats and dogs in the world and low income people like myself that do the best they can to give cats love, a good home, and good care, that a vet will try to screw us. BTW : this happened 2 or 3 years ago, around 2006.
I personally don't trust them and I won't be back.
Pros: Were good for a couple years or so....
Cons: and then they I had a big problem
