My favorite neighborhood hangout. Friendly staff and everyone does know my name. And I even get carded on the way in ... point is that they practice due diligence and are responsible when it comes to people drinking.
When I'm the designated driver and drink water, I find the glass refilled often. BJ's service is awesome!
I feel safe at the Pepper Mill. Where else can you eat good food, play pool, hang out with friends, and have staff that feel like part of the family and most of all feel safe? Love PM and the staff.

Cons: No dance floor :)
