Had Scrub a Dub dolls come clean my house after speaking to two of their references. What a dissapointment! They charged me $112 for 4 1/2 hrs of cleaning. Keep in mind they were only cleaning the kitchen, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and upstairs hall, so 4 1/2hrs of cleaning when the house was clean and picked up to begin with, my house should have been sparkling. What a rip off! They didn't wash my floors, none of my mirrors had been cleaned, my kitchen counters still had crumbs and appeared to not even have been wiped off, there was dust on various table tops and TVs as if they just did a rush job. The offered to make the beds if I removed the dirty sheets, but when they remade the beds, they didn't even tuck in the sheets. I called to share my dissatisfaction with the cleaning and they offered me $8 off my next service. Not even 10%! Talk about lack of integrity. They are full of promises with absolutely no follow through. Save your money, find another cleaner.
