I have used this company for several years, cleaning my home twice a month. The employees are very respectful & professional, I like that they are insured & bonded since I am at work while they are cleaning. The owner & office staff are very easy to deal with when scheduling. The cleaning is top-notch! I can t believe how much they get done in just a few hours. When I come home my house just sparkles! They pay great attention to detail - I cannot find any dust or missed areas when they leave. I m a very happy customer! more

I HAVE USED SCRUB A DUB DOLLS NOW GOING ON 25 YEARS. I CAN TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, VERY BUSINESS LIKE AND OF THE HIGHEST INTEGRITY. THEIR PEOPLE ARE HAND PICKED, TOP OF THE LINE AND HIGHLY TRAINED. THE MANAGEMENT WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO PLEASE YOU AND THE OWNER ALLOWS FOR NOTHING LESS THAN PERFECTION AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THEY GIVE YOU HANDS AND KNEES CLEANING AND YOU GET EVERY MINUTE OF TIME YOU ORDERED AND PAID FOR. IT IS SO DISHEARTNING TO READ A REVIEW FROM PEOPLE WHO PURPOSELY TRY TO RUIN A GREAT COMPANY'S REPUTATION. IT'S A SHAME THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE THAT COMPANIES ARE POPPING UP WITH A SERVICE DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE REPUTATION OF INNOCENT VICTIMS. WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT US AS A PEOPLE? Had Scrub a Dub dolls come clean my house after speaking to two of their references. What a dissapointment! They charged me $112 for 4 1/2 hrs of cleaning. Keep in mind they were only cleaning the kitchen, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and upstairs hall, so 4 1/2hrs of cleaning when the house was clean and picked up to begin with, my house should have been sparkling. What a rip off! They didn't wash my floors, none of my mirrors had been cleaned, my kitchen counters still had crumbs and appeared to not even have been wiped off, there was dust on various table tops and TVs as if they just did a rush job. The offered to make the beds if I removed the dirty sheets, but when they remade the beds, they didn't even tuck in the sheets. I called to share my dissatisfaction with the cleaning and they offered me $8 off my next service. Not even 10%! Talk about lack of integrity. They are full of promises with absolutely no follow through. Save your money, find another cleaner. more
