He shows up on time. He is very professional, polite and courteous. I needed him for a faucet replacement. He gave me the option of two faucets I could choose from. I selected the faucet that was a little bit pricier, because it came with a longer warranty. HE cleaned my drain out at no extra charge. He also added a little washer to the kitchen faucet and no extra charge. HE checked various other drains throughout my house as a courtesy, with no extra charge. I am very pleased with the faucet he installed - I have had no trouble with it. He also checked my water heater and pipes downstairs. He then changed out my pipes to the water heater. We then made an appointment to install a carbon monoxide detector. Ha gave me a phone number for a chimney worker. He always returns a follow up call to answer any questions I may have.?
