This was our first visit to Samurai so we did not know what to expect. We came with a group of 7, which included our infant and toddler. Upon arriving, a high chair and booster seat appeared at the hibachi table before we even got a chance to request them and our drink orders were taken immediately. Our waitress, Michelle, provided excellent service and gave our kids everything they needed before we could ask for it. The food was whisked on and off of the table which kept our kids relatively quiet and happy. The chef, whose name was either Ping or Jeff, (he was always joking around), provided a great presentation even after my daughter cried when he made a huge flash fire to kick off the show. I've been to other hibachi places and the chefs were so-so and just going through the motions. This chef made the evening fun and the food was great. We had edamame, chicken, beef, scallops and shrimp and all were excellent. My picky three-year-old wouldn't quit eating the chicken! I would definitely choose this restaurant over Benihana or similar restaurants. I can't wait to go back to Samurai without the kids and try the sushi for a completely different experience. Pros: Excellent food, great sake list, impeccable service
