Review content:
Took mower in for a clanking noise but otherwise running ok. Was told the crankshaft was bent and it needed a new motor as the repair was to costly. Waited in line for too long both visits. Desk person read from a sheet what was wrong--no tech in sight. I was unhappy because I did not get to discuss the mower with the tech. Brought the mower home and now it has no clanking noise but it doesn't want to start and when it does it backfires terribly. I am unhappy because I paid the 25 dollars to have it looked at and I feel they did not put the mower back together and return it to me the way i took it in. Now it won't start right or run. We had arranged for another place to fix it for 1/2 the cost but now the whole situation has changed. I'M CONFUSED!!!! I figured it would be just to much arguing with them to take it back in and demand they put it back together RIGHT the way i took it in.
