GET THIS STRAIGHT: NEVER EVER CALL THIS PLACE, PATRONIZE IT, OR EVEN DRIVE PAST IT! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! We were dumb enough to buy an extended warranty from Lowe's on our Troy-Bilt Pony riding lawnmower. They elected Rick's as the place to handle repairs. The first time took them week after week of waiting. They kept saying ""we're backed up""--a lie, one star ratings online do not ""back you up"". Just got it back today for a thrown belt problem and it took 2.5 weeks with more ""we're backed up!"" lies. Check the other ratings. You will hear about people getting their stuff back in WORSE condition than when they took it in. Shame on me, went to mow the lawn and the whole thing vibrated like mad and even bogged down on turns and spewed burnt oil/rubber smoke from the chassis. Getting ready to ball the f*&^ out of the general manager of the local Lowe's.
