This was my husband and my first time dining at Bear Creek. It was by far the worst dining experience we have had in our 11 years of marriage. It took forever to even get noticed and once we were, it still took a long time to take our order. Athough my husbands french dip was good, my steak tips were undercooked and cold. Our server had never asked how I would like them prepared. Someone else brought out our food and said she would be right back with my toast, she never did. When I aked my server for it, she said she would be right back with it, she never was. When she brought the check I told her I had never gotten my toast. She asked if I would like it boxed. MMMMM, how do you warm up toast. That was all she offered for her mess up. Needless to say, we won't go back. It was hard for me to even leave a tip. Fortunately for them, seeing it was on the 1st of January, there are 364 days left for us to find an even worse dining experience. Pros: interactive games to play while you wait Cons: service was absolutely horrible
