Grizzly's Wood Fired Grill

This was my husband and my first time dining at Bear Creek. It was by far the worst dining experience we have had in our 11 years of marriage. It took forever to even get noticed and once we were, it still took a long time to take our order. Athough my husbands french dip was good, my steak tips were undercooked and cold. Our server had never asked how I would like them prepared. Someone else brought out our food and said she would be right back with my toast, she never did. When I aked my server for it, she said she would be right back with it, she never was. When she brought the check I told her I had never gotten my toast. She asked if I would like it boxed. MMMMM, how do you warm up toast. That was all she offered for her mess up. Needless to say, we won't go back. It was hard for me to even leave a tip. Fortunately for them, seeing it was on the 1st of January, there are 364 days left for us to find an even worse dining experience. Bear Creek serves a great creamy chicken wild rice soup, but it does not know how to cook a burger. In my opinion, I think that a steakhouse should be able to cook a burger if not better than at least, as well as, a fast food joint. I was a patron of bear creek steakhouse on a friday night, and I was served, along with three other people with me, crispy burgers. The burgers were so crispy that I had to put on a double dose of ketchup because when I took the first bite I did not know where the ketchup went. The waitress came by to ask how everything was. I told her the burgers were really crispy. She responded by saying ""oh yeah"" and walked away. I wished I would have gone to Burger Time a couple blocks over.
