I told them that I wanted my wedding at Angel Orensanz
to be fun,and delicious but that I also wanted to honor
the spirit of my grandmother., They went many steps further
and actually cooked and served my grandma's recipes,so
we had matzo ball soup for 200, as well as a chopped
liver station. Everything was served so creatively and the hors d'oeuvres trays were mini works of art.
I had spoken with 5 other caterers and they not only had
the most delicious food, and most attentive service,but they also had the best price.
My family lives out of town and they helped with hotels
and limos and florists and were our local ""go to"" resource.
