Review content:
Pals Inn treats Otis like he's part of their family. The VERY first time we left Otis with Pals Inn, the individualized care and attention he received from probably saved his life. I feel awful saying this but THEY discovered a health problem that was having that we didn't see. We were literally boarding an airplane when Tracy called to tell me that Otis needed to see the vet (we were leaving for a week!). If it weren't for Tracy, we wouldn't have noticed that Otis had a bladder stone and it was causing blood in his urine. Tracy followed through and took Otis to the vet, started meds and made sure that Otis was taken care of while we were gone. When you call Pals Inn, they answer the phone with "where your pet is treated like a celebrity". It's true, they give all of their "guests" love and attention, and in our case..... it probably saved Otis' life.
