Kudos for the groomer that did Tilly. Also thank you for allowing her to be there for playtime on grooming day. We appreciate all of you for being there for Tilly on our grooming day or needing daycare or extended stay. She always seems happy when we arrive and that speaks well for her total care. more

Our puppy LOVES going to Pals Inn. We have only boarded her a few times but she already knows she loves it. She PULLS as we walk to the door and is so happy to greet the staff. We love the web-cam! When we are out of town we can watch our girl playing with the other dogs. It is well worth the money knowing that your furry friend is happy and well taken care of. The staff are so friendly and really care about the "guests". Top-notch place. We are fortunate to have such a great place in Fountain Hills. I don't have 1 ounce of guilt when we have to take our dog to be boarded. more

This is truly a second home when we can't take our "kid" with us. We're not missed at all because she's so well taken care of and busy having fun! more

Pal's Inn Pet Resort are a 5+ in every aspect! We have a blind Aussie and they show special attention to her so that she doesn't go out in group play since she can't see the other dogs. They take the time to exercise her by herself. That's a great plus. They treat us like family. They have an enclosed play area that is open to the sky and you can view your animals online while they are being exercised. If you are out of town, if you have access to your computer, you can see your dog exercised. They have an emergency system so that if anything happens while you are gone, they will contact your vet and not try to your dog themselves. It is a whole package to leave your dog there when you go out of town and have them take care of them. It's better than having someone come and babysit at your house. They do take in strays and make them available for adoption through a newspaper spread. Tracy is also an animal minister who will help with bereavement for your pet passing on or needing to be put down. They are very, very caring. The whole staff is very caring and they have a lot of volunteers that will exercise the stray dogs. At my age of 84, we've had several dogs and boarded at several kennels and Pal's Inn Pet Resort is the best we have ever had dealings with. I can do nothing but speak extremely highly about them. I think anyone you talk to who have used them feels the same way. more

They've been very good working with my dog. She's not very social, but I feel confident that when I take her to Pal's Inn she is being taken care of well. I've been taking my dog there for about two years now. more

Everything about Pal's Inn Pet Resort is excellent. They've taken care of our dogs for long periods of time and are always great. We don't leave our dogs with just anybody, either. They super. I can't say enough good things about the whole team. They treat our dogs as if they were their own. We never have to worry about them. more

When we first moved here, Pal's Inn Pet Resort was the first facility we put our animals in for hoteling and we haven't been at all dissatisfied ever since. They do grooming services, boarding in our absence, and provide consultation on pet issues that we are interested in knowing more about. We admire them for their compassion for pets and especially their treatment of abused animals. They do a lot of very good support work for these animals which we are happy to contribute to. Pal's Inn Pet Resort is well experienced with animals and we are happy that we have them. The management and crew are all exceptionally customer service oriented. They are certainly a step above the normal boarding and pet services in our area. more

I take my dog there when I work during the day, and I also board her there when I go out of town. I have also gotten her groomed there a few times before. Everything has been great. more

My two girls love Pal's Inn. They have stayed for daycare as well as boarding. I've watched them on the webcam, and they look like they are having a good time. They love the staff (and the staff's dogs). I hate to leave them when I travel, but I can always be sure they will be taken good care of at Pal's. While not the least expensive, Pal's gives me peace of mind! In addition, I really admire the rescue and placement services they provide. more

They seemed to take care of every little detail. Any instructions I had they followed very carefully. I think they pay close attention to the animals and treat them well. They make sure all animals there have all the proper shots to protect the other animals. It's a clean place, too. more

Pal's is like going to Disneyland for our Vann. We utilize both the daycare and boarding services. Great staff that are excellent caregivers. more

We've had our dog groomed there and she has stayed for a while there. She loves to go, so you know she's taken care of well. more

The most important thing to me was to know my dog was really cared for. I felt that from everyone there, especially Tracy, they showed it in their actions. If you want your dog cared for and loved, I would go to Pal's Inn. more

I've used Pal's Inn Pet Resort several times to board animals and to groom my pets. They've always done well. I have never had any issues. They do what they say they'll do. more

We had never left our dogs anywhere like Pal's Inn Pet Resort before, and I came in with a lot of supplies, a variety of foods, and long papers full of instructions about the dogs' temperaments and how to feed them. The one dog has an illness and is on medication. The other one is active, aggressive, and young. We were gone seven days, and Pal's Inn complied with all our instructions. They have an open-roofed play area where the dogs can socialize. Twice a day, the dogs were let out there to play with other dogs. They have a camera on this area, and we could go on the website and see our dogs out there at the time they were supposed to be there. I was nervous about my older dog socializing, but they had plenty of staff around and it all went well. Treats and food were all given on time. They have a very well-kept and clean facility, and the animals are treated well. I was impressed with the facility and personnel. I did think that it was a little pricey, but I was happy to pay it since they took such good care of the dogs. more

We originally had 3 rescue English Bulldogs and we left them there a number of times. They all had different needs and the staff took great care of them. Sadly we lost 2 of the bulldogs (Archie of cancer he was only 3 1/2) everyone loved Archie he was so sweet and funny. Then we lost Lu Lu, she was 9 1/2 passed of old age, she learned to go potty on artificial turf there, which was a big deal as she would not go for us. They always were let out to play together and the dogs were never stressed out when we picked them up. more
