We had never left our dogs anywhere like Pal's Inn Pet Resort before, and I came in with a lot of supplies, a variety of foods, and long papers full of instructions about the dogs' temperaments and how to feed them. The one dog has an illness and is on medication. The other one is active, aggressive, and young.
We were gone seven days, and Pal's Inn complied with all our instructions. They have an open-roofed play area where the dogs can socialize. Twice a day, the dogs were let out there to play with other dogs. They have a camera on this area, and we could go on the website and see our dogs out there at the time they were supposed to be there. I was nervous about my older dog socializing, but they had plenty of staff around and it all went well.
Treats and food were all given on time. They have a very well-kept and clean facility, and the animals are treated well. I was impressed with the facility and personnel. I did think that it was a little pricey, but I was happy to pay it since they took such good care of the dogs.
