We highly reccommend Inspect America. Ed Frank inspected our home we just purchased. He was extremely thorough and found things that we never would have known about and saved us a lot of money. He came highly recommended from two different people and we could not say better things about Ed. He is so knowledgable and patient, he went through the house with us and was happy to answer any questions. His report was comprehensive, organized and he emailed it to us the next day making our negotiations on the house which were time sensitive much less stressful. I put Ed high on my list, he really knows everything about a house and the money he ended up saving us was invaluable.
