Ok, This company was a little on the rude side, and a little unprofessional, but that being said I ordered a transmission for my daughters Eclipse, it was a hard one to find!! They said they had it, price was good, free shipping. It took three weeks, made me nervous!! But....got it, runs like a champ, came very clean, all sensors good!! They said it had a certain amount of miles on it, can't confirm that, but it runs!! My point, dont worry to much to soon about this company, I think they try to please, but the high volume of customers overwhelms them at times. Not sure if I would use them again, but very happy at this point with the tranny.
