Review content:
I would rate them lower if I could. I would NOT recommend these guys for anything! We waited over 3 weeks for delivery of a Chrysler 2.7 engine that was supposed to be about a week out. After we get the ""33k"" mile engine we find it has a broken valve cover and numerous missing parts from the engine. So, after swapping over what parts we could and having to purchase additional gaskets that we hadn't anticipated, we get the engine installed. After initial fluid fill we see coolant leaking from beind the timing cover which is where the water pump is. I contacted their customer service and warranty dept. After a very short discussion they basically told me I should have replaced all the gaskets before install and the water pump. I explained to them that the water pump is a 6.7 hour job and there should be no reason to replace it on a 33,000 mile engine. They basically told me too bad, you should have replaced it before hand. Isn't that the reason why we paid top dollar for a ""low mileage engine""? We ended up putting some coolant stop leak in the vehicle and it seemed to have stopped. About 3 weeks later the car came back in to have us check for fluid leaks. Now it is again leaking coolant from the water pump again, and leaking lots of oil from the timing cover. I sent them an e mail requesting help on this engine and their response has been very negative and mocking my ASE certified Master tech and his abilities. These people are far from professional and should not be in business. Beware of them, all they will do is take a bunch of your money and send you an unverified mileage engine. I seriously doubt that this engine is in fact the low mileage 33,000 mile engine it should have been.
