Also, be extremely CLEAR about when you will be supplied the VIN number of the vehicle that the transmission or engine was taken out of. Ask if the part is in their physical possession. Ask if it has already been tested. \r

I cancelled a one week old order after becoming concerned about just what I was getting, and when, and they invoked the cancellation fee, which is cleverly buried in the language regarding warranty refunds.\r
