This store promises forwarding services and text notification.When I signed up for my box I was told that having my mail forwarded would be done on a weekly basis and I would be notified via e-mail.One month went by and no mail.So I talked to the Owner,he said there was a glitch in the system and he would handle it personally.In the six moths I occupied a mailbox at this store I received my mail once,my credit card was compromised and 2 months of mail was lost.The empty promises are nothing more than hot air.
Do yourself a favor and choose a store that has the competency to deliver the services that they promise.
