I called this store with a request for a special printing job. While they didn't have the equipment that would do a job the size I needed, they took the information and called me back with the name of a store that could do the job! It is rare to find this level of customer service ... I will certainly use them for future jobs. more

Overpriced and Incompetent 2/28/2010

This store promises forwarding services and text notification.When I signed up for my box I was told that having my mail forwarded would be done on a weekly basis and I would be notified via e-mail.One month went by and no mail.So I talked to the Owner,he said there was a glitch in the system and he would handle it personally.In the six moths I occupied a mailbox at this store I received my mail once,my credit card was compromised and 2 months of mail was lost.The empty promises are nothing more than hot air. Do yourself a favor and choose a store that has the competency to deliver the services that they promise. Pros: UPS Drop OFF Cons: 200% mark-up on USPS prices more

Fast Shipping & Friendly Service 2/1/2008

This UPS store is top shelf on customer service. I started as just a personal mailbox customer, because they have 24/7 secure access. Now, this store is practically a branch office for my business and my kids know the owner on a first name basis. :-) It is quicker to do my shipping here, because I can just drop off the items and their friendly staff will select a box, pack it up and ship it out. If you don't have time to drop off packages, they will come pick them up from business locations! They also have affordable color copies and printing services. Pros: Friendly staff, 24/7 mailboxes, lots of nice services for business owners Cons: Have to drive through parking lot to get to store more
