I agree with others, that Dr. Bob is an outstanding vet. I have 5 dogs and 3 cats and all have been there. However, my last experience was not a good one.
My experience with his niece, who apparently works there as well...was very very rude. I had called in for a refill on medication for one of dogs that had recent surgery and requested more meds for him, but Dr. Bob was out of the office for a few days and I was told that she could not contact the doctor for additional medication and that my dog would have to ""get by"" for the next few days. This was terribly upsetting, as first, I love my pets and do not want them in any kind of pain, and second I had just paid $3,800 for knee replacement on this particular pet and she refused to help me in any way and was rude.
