Well, I used to be a regular, as in ate there 3 times in a week. Used to take co-workers, family, and friends to enjoy some great southern food. Loved the chicken tenders. The second to last time I was there, I took my sister and family from out of town, and we all got the chicken. It was not fresh. I mean cold. Not a hint of warmth. So, I mentioned it to our server (who happens to be related to Barbara). She apologized and had some made so they would be fresh. They were amazing. The last time (that I will ever eat there), unfortunately, ordered the same thing. Chicken tenders. Mentioned that I'm sure they would be fresh but just wanted to make sure. No problem. Food came out, and the tenders were COLD. WOW! I was told that they could ""microwave"" them for me...huh? I mean I could eat a tv dinner for a lot less if I wanted MICROWAVED food. I politely asked them to just take them off the check and I would not eat them. The server proceeded to say, ""maybe I should just not order those here anymore""! WOW again. I was shocked, appalled, and quite speechless to say the least. I have not and will not be back... unfortunately!
Pros: Good food sometimes
Cons: Poor customer service, food not always fresh.
