Review content:
First off, dont purchase service from these people! We had hired them to install new plants in our yard and change out some of our sprinkler heads. This place does not stick with the initial time/date of install. It was pushed back a week, and then another day. Secondly, not everything was done. They did not take care of the sprinkler heads, therefore my new plants are not getting watered properly. Between my wife and myself, we have called them 4 times in the last week to get this taken care of. Nobody comes out. We keep getting b/s excuses. Steve in particular is an ass. He refused to take care of this issue, or close out my bill after subtracting off the irrigation work that was not done. I will be filing a BBB report on this company. I also am now forced to get another company out to my house to finish the job that Royal Landscape did not complete.
