Review content:
I called to get an estimate on a move and was regarded with what could only be considered hostility at best. When I asked if I could get an estimate over the phone he treated me like a moron and became aggressive, even suggesting that what I was doing was illegal. He could have given his spiel in a convincing, respectful manner; but instead I found myself aching to hang up on him. Could not have spoken with a nastier person with worse customer service skills.
