I have lived in apartments since my retirement in 1985, the last two here (Raintree-Lake Jackson).\r

In all the previous years I had nothing but trouble getting problems resolved.\r
\r
Since moving here Gail, Derisha, Dave and Gorge have been ""Johnnie-on-the-spot"" when ever I called or emailed them with a particular problem. Any response time over 24 hours was very unusual. Same day response is the norm regardless the complaint.\r

I would highly recommend, without reservation, any new/potential tenants moving here.\r
