Review content:
ASW built my home and several others in the Los Santeros neighborhood of Las Campanas. They did NOT pay their subs, so no one will honor our warranty. Not only was the practice extremely dishonest on their part, it is very irritating to us. Some subs will not even come to repair items when we offer to pay them. Yet, apparently ASW continues to maintain an office here. By the way, we've lived in the house less than a year! Several of our neighbors are having the same problem.
Pros: product is good
Cons: do not honor their commitments, not timely, lie through their teeth
