ASW and Ross Graves built my home in Gypsum Colorado. Just as the previous person wrote, they stand by nothing. If you are even remotely considering a house with them, or to do business with Ross Graves, DO NOT DO IT!!! I promise you will regret it. \r \r I don't know how Ross Graves sleeps at night knowing how many homeowners and families he has completely screwed over. \r \r They built our house with numerous major issues and would do nothing to fix them. I could go on and on with a laundry list of stuff they either did wrong, poorly or we have had to completely redo. Never finished our punch list either. \r \r What we paid for and what we got were two entirely different things. \r \r They refuse to stand by the warranty we were supposed to have with our brand new home as well. ASW built my home and several others in the Los Santeros neighborhood of Las Campanas. They did NOT pay their subs, so no one will honor our warranty. Not only was the practice extremely dishonest on their part, it is very irritating to us. Some subs will not even come to repair items when we offer to pay them. Yet, apparently ASW continues to maintain an office here. By the way, we've lived in the house less than a year! Several of our neighbors are having the same problem.
