found Kirby Vacuum of Glen Burnie in google and went there for the first time. I brought in my old Heritage II along with a part that I had purchased online. His policy was that he would do a checkup on any machine for $69.95 and then do any repairs for up to $169 without asking. I was apprehensive because he seemed upset that I had bought parts online and I thought he might pad the bill and take his time. I was pleasantly surprised when he had the vacuum ready the next day with the part that I had brought using the hardware from the vacuum when the new hardware was not quite right. He had also put in new motor brushes and a light bulb. for only $10 more. I found him honest and scrupulous.
