the hair cut was great however when i arrived I was told they were ""a little"" behind however the fact I was not informed they were 3 hours behind upset me a little bit. The fact that I was talked about by the owner while i sat in the lobby was even more upsetting. She acted as if me wanting my dog back 5 and a half hours after I dropped him off was out of line for me to request. I have over looked that twice I made appointments and when I dropped my dog off I was told that I did not have an appointment however I will not over look that I was trashed as I waited for my dog to be finished. If you are looking for professionalism I recommed looking elsewhere
