Not Going Back and DO NOT recommend. I had an appointment to board my dog. When I showed up the doors were locked, lights were off, and no one was there. We were supposed to go out of town and they cost me over $200 dollars. We had to cancel our trip and missed a family event that was import to me and my husband. more

I love this place. They do a great job AND they saved my dogs life. My dog is a Pom with long hair, if I had not taken her in for her regular grooming I would have never known that she was sick. They found bruising on her skin and called me right away. The vet said it probably saved her life. more

Not returning ever 5/2/2012

My mom took her dog awhile back to this sad excuse for a grooming salon. When we got home we had to wash her feet because it looked and smelt like she had pee'd and walked in it so they must never take the dogs outside for potty break. Her stomach also seemed to be burned I guess from the clippers. Instead of trying to rush the dogs out in an hour they should focus more on the well being of the dog and not getting the dogs in and out for profit. more

best grooming in the valley 4/29/2012

My puppys love that place. the owner and her staff always make me feel at home. My grooms on my pups are always perfect no bleeding nails,ears always clean, cuts are what i want and not want they want to do like other shops. Hope you will give them a try they are great. more

Not going back 4/12/2012

I dont know if they are stressd or what but as I was about to go in the door there was someone yelling loudly. Loud enough to hear her outside, and just the feeling as I walked in was very uncomfortable. From experience a place of business does not run smoothly with yelling like that for the customer to hear. I do not want my dog being scared to death by yelling all day. more

They are extremely rude! The grooming service wasnt bad, but they do not know how to communicate with there customers and I did not feel welcomed. I was not impressed at all more

Love Doggie Doos Grooming Shop 8/21/2011

We have Shih Tzu and boxers that get bathed and groomed at Doggie Doos Grooming Salon. Andrea and the other groomers are very careful with my guys. They have alway taken their time to get to know my dogs and getting to know what I want done with them. My dogs always come nicely groomed and very happy. They are very understanding on a case to case bases, with aggressive dogs that we have rescued. They take their time to really work with the dogs we have rescued and were aggressive. Now they stand perfectly on the table to get groomed and are better behaved at home as well due to them working with them. Andrea and the other employees have also volunteered their time at our farm, working with rescue horses . Helping getting the rescues cleaned up and groomed as need. I would highly recommend taking your animals to Doggie Doos Grooming and getting your dog groomed there. They treat you and your animals like you are part of the family. more

HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER 6/22/2011

I take my dog ""Christy"" (a lhapso apso) to Doggie Doos in Vinton after many bad experiences with grooming in the Roanoke area I finally found a groomer that treats your dog like family.... My dog is very well behaved and she is like my child to me. Andrea and her mother have been wonderful and Christy even gets excited when she knows shes going to the groomers. They go the extra mile because they know she had been abused by her previous owners before I got her. I would and do highly recommend Doggie Doos and would not think of taking her anywhere else!!! A+ RATING!!!! more

will not return 6/19/2011

I have taken my dog several times to this place. I idd like it, but the last time I took my dog there, he was returned to me with a burn on his scrotum. I would not recommend doggie doos to anyone. The owner denied that it happened there, although I took my dog to the vet and she told me that it was something that had probably happened at the groomers since he had not been anywhere else buy my home. more

Absolutely Will Return !! 4/25/2011

Just wanted to share my experience with all the pets lovers. I have 4 poodles. The newest to our family is a Standard and she is now 7 months old. When I first took her to Doggie Doos she was scared to death. Andrea and the others girls their took their time with her and let her know that she would be ok. Now she loves to go, she got her toenails polished for St Patty's Day. Wish I was a Poodle!! more

I've been taking my Carin Terrier to Doggie Doos for a while now! Daisy and I enjoy our visits. The cut was great and the many shampoos and other services to choose from are a plus. The owner, and the others that work there, really knows how to handle the animals and truly cares about them. more

will not return! 10/2/2010

the hair cut was great however when i arrived I was told they were ""a little"" behind however the fact I was not informed they were 3 hours behind upset me a little bit. The fact that I was talked about by the owner while i sat in the lobby was even more upsetting. She acted as if me wanting my dog back 5 and a half hours after I dropped him off was out of line for me to request. I have over looked that twice I made appointments and when I dropped my dog off I was told that I did not have an appointment however I will not over look that I was trashed as I waited for my dog to be finished. If you are looking for professionalism I recommed looking elsewhere more
