Z Place apartments are Horrible! The manager seems raceist and just plain snobby! The apartment staff itself tend to be informative on things that aren't important but not informative on things that are(like your rent going up without them telling you in head of town) I also suggest that if you have children not to live here because they don't seem very ""children friendly"" The apartment is not worth what you pay for it at all. I have a bathrom door that has been broken since I have been here(2 years) This place is a dump! Military BEWARE they have went up on their prices that seems to be aiming for your entire BAH!\r
