NOTHING REALLY SPECIAL AT THESE APARTMENTS. NEW MANAGEMENT CAME IN AND SEEMS LIKE NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK INCLUDING THE STAFF. IVE BEEN LIVING THERE FOR A FEW MONTHS AND SINCE IVE MOVED IN, IVE HAD TO PUT IN SEVERAL WORK ORDERS AND THEY STILL CANT COMPLETE THEM. I HAD A LEAK IN THE CEILING OF MY TOWNHOME AND THEY STOPPED THE LEAK BUT I STILL HAVE A HOLE IN MY CEILING FROM 2WEEKS AGO THAT THEY HAVENT PATCHED UP.\r

AS FOR THE ""2 SWIMMING POOLS"" HA NO HAS BEEN ABLE TO USE THEM DUE TO SOME MODIFICATIONS AND INSPECTIONS THAT ARE NOT PASSED.. ON HAS WATER AND THE OTHER POOL WAS DRAINED AND STILL HAS A LITTLE BIT OF WATER ....DIRTY WATER AT THAT AND IT LOOKS DISGUISTING. IVE CALLED TO FIND OUT WHEN MY WORK ORDERS WILL BE CLOSED AND THE STAFF THERE GIVES ME THE SAME EXCUSE THAT ""THEY WILL BE OUT THERE TODAY"" OR ""THEY WILL CALL MAINT. AND IF THEY DONT GO TODAY THEY WILL BE THERE TOMORROW OR MONDAY"" WHICH MONDAY??? BEATS ME BUT I CANT WAIT TO FULLFILL MY CONTRACT WITH THEM AND IM OUTTIE. A FRIEND OF MINE USED TO LIVE HERE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. NOW THAT NEW MANAGEMENT IS IN EFFECT, SEEMS LIKE IT MADE A TURN FOR THE WORSE. \r

I LOVE THE LOCATION AND SCENERY BUT FOR THE AMOUNT OF RENT I PAY AND THE SERVICE THAT IS GIVEN HERE, IT ISNT WORTH STAYING. ID RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND LIVE HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE.
