Z Place apartments are horrible... I am not one to write reviews but this place is awful... I only lived thre for 4 months until I couldn't take it anymore. Everything that could go wrong did!
*AC Unit- DIDN'T WORK THE ENTIRE TIME LIVING THERE!!
*Dishwasher didn't work
*Sink leaked everywhere
*Kitchen cabinets were painted so many times they were warped.
*Garbage Disposal backedup
*Sliding Glass doors broken and didn't lock
*Master bathroom doesn't have an outlet
*The manager of Z place is a bitch!!!! and RUDE
****Cleaned the place better than it was when I moved in there and am getting refused my deposit back.
