I contacted JMT Mechanical on my sister's recommendation, and they came out as promised and fixed our AC unit. While they were out, I asked for suggestions about making a change to a different unit because it was old and not energy efficient. We have solar panels on our roof, so Mark created a full redesign based on our system. In the process, we agreed to change the water heater and he also inspected under the house and checked out the old duct work, which needed to be upgraded as well. So, he gave us an estimate to replace the duct work, the heating and air conditioning system, the hot water heater, and he also looked at the pool heater and pump and we decided to make that more efficient as well. We gave him a go, and he installed everything on schedule. We have since saved a lot of money in terms of energy efficiency.
Our experience was so good, we had Mark up to our vacation home, which is three hours away. He came back with an estimate for a ductless system and he actually moved into the vacation home for a week and took care of the install. Not only has he done fine work, on time, and on schedule, every single person was so easy to work with. They were approachable, they explained everything clearly, and they were neat. It was a great experience and I have since recommended JMT Mechanical to many people.
