We have five companies bid for our Heating/Cooling solution. JMT came in at the lowest price. Huge plus correct? There's more... The solution provided for us (ductless mini-splits) was recommended and sized for us to be able to add our addition in the future without re-sizing the heat pump. AND the quote was still lower than anyone else. Finally, when you look at the installation, it was without compare. The workers were incredibly gracious and hardworking. Even the neighbor commented that while she was at home, she enjoyed listening to their conversations (without them knowing). Just goes to show, if your workers bust their tail and do well without the Manager/Owner looking, it states great things about the company. more

JMT Mechanical was excellent. They installed a brand new furnace for us. Something was wrong with the air filter and they came right back, no questions asked, at no additional charges and fixed it. The problem might not have even been their fault and might have been a product defect, but they didn't hesitate in taking full responsibility and jumping to action. I think that's when you really learn what a company is all about, when something goes wrong and how they react to it. I was very impressed with their ethics, honesty and how they truly stand behind their work. I am completely 100% satisfied and would hire them again in a heartbeat. This is a great business. more

JMT Mechanical installed a mini-split air conditioner in a bedroom for me. The end result was finally good but they had to come back twice to fix problems. To their credit, they were there the same day I called them. I would want to tell a potential customer, you're probably going to get the best bang for your buck and the best quote. They work very hard to give you your money's worth, and they're very honest and accommodating. They're a great company, and I'll definitely recommend them. more

We had JMT Mechanical put a new heater and air conditioner in our house a few years ago. Recently we had them put a heater and air conditioner in our garage as well. They are really great people. They also service our heater twice a year. We have probably been using them for 8 years now. Their servicemen are always very thorough, clean, and polite. It was the same for the men who did our installation. I have never had a problem. I feel comfortable with them, which is why we are sticking with them. more

I contacted JMT Mechanical on my sister's recommendation, and they came out as promised and fixed our AC unit. While they were out, I asked for suggestions about making a change to a different unit because it was old and not energy efficient. We have solar panels on our roof, so Mark created a full redesign based on our system. In the process, we agreed to change the water heater and he also inspected under the house and checked out the old duct work, which needed to be upgraded as well. So, he gave us an estimate to replace the duct work, the heating and air conditioning system, the hot water heater, and he also looked at the pool heater and pump and we decided to make that more efficient as well. We gave him a go, and he installed everything on schedule. We have since saved a lot of money in terms of energy efficiency. Our experience was so good, we had Mark up to our vacation home, which is three hours away. He came back with an estimate for a ductless system and he actually moved into the vacation home for a week and took care of the install. Not only has he done fine work, on time, and on schedule, every single person was so easy to work with. They were approachable, they explained everything clearly, and they were neat. It was a great experience and I have since recommended JMT Mechanical to many people. more
