I bought a used Malaguti from Sportique in the Highlands. The engine had been rebuilt, so I was not expecting to have any trouble with it. It ran great. Unfortunately almost three months later, it broke down. I took it to the Broadway location to have it looked at. Knowing that used scooters can have issues, I had no problem with paying to get it fixed. \r

The guys in the shop realized that the problem was with how the engine had been rebuilt, so Colin promised that the work would be done free. They replaced the engine but it was accelerating slow and felt like a different scooter. They attempted to fix the problem and loaned me a scooter to ride in the meantime, which was great because I commute to work on it every day. \r
\r
Even with the loaner, I was getting impatient, and the problem was proving hard to fix. They sensed I was frustrated with the situation and offered to exchange my used scooter for a brand new Buddy! I love the new Buddy and I'm relieved that I will have a two-year warranty to fall back on in case anything happens. \r
