I brought my cat there after 2 years with another vet. We were treating my cats eye as a viral or bacterial infection. He had nonstop watering and irritation. After a visit with Amy we learned that a simple surgery could fix this and it was an eyelid problem most likely due to a fight he had. He was an outdoor cat before I adopted him. I take my little dog there too. I work as a reasearch scientist and I am familiar with quality and what goes on. I can say that this is a quality place that I trust my animal's with. 100% All of my family except for one member that lives further away uses the Franklin Animal Clinic. We are all happy with it. I highly reccomend it.
Pros: Staff that listens. Great facility and great Vets.
