In my life I have only taken my pets to one other vet and I find that Franklin Animal Clinic is the most wonderful place. I have had cats all my life, but got a puppy for my son- so when she had problems I did not know what to do or if what was happening was normal or not- like any new mommy I called them many many times and they were never anything but wonderful, nice, patient and caring. When my 17 year old cat had to be put to sleep they were so wonderful and sent me a sympathy card afterwards. They are so good with the pets and they answer the endless questions from my very inquisitive 6 year old. my cousin used to drive from out of state to bring her pets here!! WE LOVE IT AND WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
Pros: beautiful new facility- but the people are who really make it
