I had an appointment for routine shots with Dr. Lunsford and waited 1 hour before being put into a room. After another 30 minute wait, Dr. Hennessy came in to say he would try to find Dr. Lunsford and then informed me that she was in surgery! The techs at the clinic did not check the records thoroughly because they had prepared for Dr. Hennessy to give my puppy a""booster"" for kennel cough for my puppy and my puppy had never had the first inhaler (for kennel cough!) Dr. Hennessy did not check the records. A simple record of the receipts would have verified that my puppy had not received the first round. I had to inform the Doctor that that was not right and they should get the right thing--the inhaler. Also, Dr. Lunsford had previously indicated my puppy had an undescended testicle in his abdomen, and Dr. Hennessy indicated he only had one (and I had to tell him it was in his abdomen--he apparently couldn't find it!) The first visit to this clinic I brought in a fecal sample and they threw it away and then told me I could ""pay in advance for the analysis so that I wouldn't have to pay at the next visit!"" I told them I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't receive. They are not thorough with simple, routine things, in my opinion, and although I have been going to this clinic for years (with my previous pet and visiting Dr. Stropes (no complaint with him), I am NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!
