I ordered my wedding cake from Cakes By Bonnie and Theresa 7 years ago. I had seen and tasted their cakes before and loved them. I went to them with a VERY simple and detailed order. I gave them several pictures and a drawing, I could not have been more specific. On the day of my wedding the cake they delivered was absolutely HORRIBLE! The only thing they got right was the shape of the cakes and the flavors. The fondant was cracked, not smoothed out and the wrong color. The cakes were stacked wrong. The bows were sloppy and in the wrong places. There was border when I said I didn't want any. Like another customer on here, there was no compensation, fixing any part of the cake or even an apology. They acted as if the cake was perfect and what I ordered when it was clearly not. What was supposed to be the centerpiece of my reception turned out to be the biggest disappointment to me and they didn't care that they did not do their jobs. NEVER AGAIN!
