I try to give every place the benefit of the doubt but this place is a bad place to board your pets. First off....I asked to see where my pets would stay...what a mistake!!! It looks worse than the local pound. It is an old dark buidling and they keep all the pets in the dark most of the time. It is soooo sad and dirty looking. I know most boarding facilities are not fancy but this one is plain awful. Also, I think it must be dirty because one of my dogs had a bad bladder infection (a very bad one...my vet told me...I took my dog the very day I picked him up from there) when he came home and the vet said that they had no idea how this could have gone unoticed by a vet (caring hands has a vet on staff). My other dog had a bacterial stomach infection. I had to spend all kinds of money the week I picked them up because both of them were sick. I understand some boarding causes stress on dogs but I have boarded them many other times at other facilities without ever having these problems. They also seemed to be a bit traumatized or something. I will never take them back here. They are cheaper than most places so I thought I would save some money but ended up spending more money on vet bills so I learned my lesson (you pay for what you get!). Pros: cheap rates and good office hours Cons: rude staff and poor boarding facility
