Review content:
I went to a class and the teachers voice was so loud and not soothing/relaxing. I could hardly hear the music. They had showers which was nice but other than that I was not impressed. When I tried to contact the owner about a refund on the 5 class card that I purchased prior to taking my first class he said that he wouldn't give me a refund. I said I would pay the regular price for the class I took but he said he would not give me a refund. He said he could be flexible with the expiry date of the pass (even though that wasn't a policy) but that it was not their policy to give refunds (he later said that times were tough and he didn't have my money to refund to me). I really applaud the man because he was positive the whole time and kept telling me how I should give the pass to a friend or let my husband use it. He went on and on telling me about the benefits of yoga for basketball players... as if he didn't really didn't care at all about where I was coming from or asking of him. Kind of weird if you ask me. Anyway, yoga is about flexibility (among other things) and the fact that the owner could be so oblivious to the needs of a customer is CRAZY to me. What happened to customer service? Anyway, I would not recommend this place at all. I am a stay at home mother of 2 and I have limited ME time. This is not a place I will choose to spend it.
