I am a former client of Animal Ark, and wish I left even sooner. Not only were the prices for medication, etc. outrageous, but the most of the testing done on my animals was entirely not necessary. I am disgusted at the way I was treated as if I didn't care for my animals. I understand that the clinic needs to make a profit, but since leaving Animal Ark and trying a new clinic and comparing prices, I can't believe how much gouging was going on. The last straw was when I received a message from Animal Ark saying that they now had a 24 hour cancellation policy which incurred a cost of $25.00. I'm surprised they didn't charge you for parking. Isn't it supposed be about the animals. I can honestly say that my animals were in better health before Animal Ark. Every time I brought them in they seemed to have another ailment that needed more testing. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
