Review content:
On our ride to the airport, the driver showed up 15 minutes early and then harassed us to get moving because he had another job to get to-- somehow their problem in scheduling were our fault. On the return trip, we called him as we were waiting for our luggage and he said we should call back when we had the luggage in hand. We did so, only to get his voice mail. He never picked up the phone again, never showed up, and never called to explain. Clearly he never had any intention of picking us up, and purposefully stranded us at the airport. A horrible service that I hope does not stay in business.
Pros: Driver didn't cause physical harm, only mental
Cons: You won't get a ride when you want it
