Missed a pickup around midnight and was stranded at the airport. When we called, they didn't pick up the phone. The next day, they didn't take responsibility for the whole mess, didn't apologize, and said it's the driver's fault, not the company's. That is ridiculous. This happened with a confirmed reservation! I won't do business here again, and wouldn't recommend you do so, either.
