I just spoke with Dallas and he was the answer to my prayers! I have been online for a solid two weeks getting myself re-acquinted with the real estate market as I've been out of the loop for over 30 years. I am getting close to my first deal but still needed advice. I called Commonwealth Title and Dallas was my answer. He was very knowledgeable about industry standards in Texas (I sold RE in NC) and also how I was going to reintegrate myself back into the market. He is even freely looking over the contracts and agreements I intend to use for my first deal. I am waiting on his reponse now. He has given me the courage to move forward as I was at a frightening standstill. Thank you Dallas!
