I just spoke with Dallas and he was the answer to my prayers! I have been online for a solid two weeks getting myself re-acquinted with the real estate market as I've been out of the loop for over 30 years. I am getting close to my first deal but still needed advice. I called Commonwealth Title and Dallas was my answer. He was very knowledgeable about industry standards in Texas (I sold RE in NC) and also how I was going to reintegrate myself back into the market. He is even freely looking over the contracts and agreements I intend to use for my first deal. I am waiting on his reponse now. He has given me the courage to move forward as I was at a frightening standstill. Thank you Dallas! more

Best Title Company 5/5/2010

I am a realtor in Houston who experienced a problem with another title company. A friend recommended Commonwealth Title of Houston, so I thought I would give their company a try. This title company was able to literally perform a miracle when the other title company could not close my transaction. We were able to close the transaction in just three weeks, when the other title company had my file for many months. You can just imagine my excitement. I highly recommend Commonwealth Title Company and their wonderful staff, particuarly Mr. Dallas Russell, Sr. Trust this title company with your most difficult transactions, and you will NOT be disappointed in their superior quality of services. I highly recommend Partners Title Company. The entire staff, headed by Dallas Russell Sr, was extremely knowledgable, professional, flexible (including offering Saturday closing and taking phone calls after regular business hours),and engaged throughout the process of selling our house in Houston. Closing on my equity loan was such a positive experience. I have had 5 different closings in my lifetime and none as enjoyable as this one! Positively the best! 4/30/2006

My son and daughter-in-law asked me to attend their home closing on their new home in Houston. Having closed many homes myself, I was simply amazed at the efficiency of everyone at Partners Title. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was courteous, very helpful, and made callbacks to us on getting a really tightly scheduled closing completed. Later that same day, we went out to Sugarland for the closing on the house they had sold and then we really appreciated Partners even more. Their costs were half as much at Partners as the title company in Sugarlan! So if you want the most competitive closing costs and the best service, call Partners Title! Absolute tops in customer service 2/21/2006

As first-time homebuyers purchasing our home directly from the seller, without the benefit of a Realtor's guidance, we could have easily taken some wrong turns. Our best move was in choosing Partners Title to work with us. Everyone on the staff was courteous, professional, efficient and extremely helpful -- which took a lot of stress out of the homebuying experience. Would we recommend Partners Title? You bet! As a small spec builder I found that this company was tops in their field. No other title company has made my transactions go so smoothly. I have closed only a couple of sales at this company's office, but I'm sold. They get all of my business from here on out. Pros: Helpfull, Prompt, Experienced more

The staff was very knowledgeable with their work. With a recent death in the family they really helped me get through all the paperwork. They also came to my home on a Saturday so that I could sign the papers. They went above and beyond to help make this sale comfortable for me and my family.
